- Neck to Shoulder: Measure from the middle of the neck to end of shoulder (where the sleeve starts).
- Sleeve length (A): Measure from the center back of collar to the end of shoulder.
- Sleeve length (B): Measure from the shoulder to the wrist.
- Shoulder to Shoulder: Measure this length from one shoulder to another.
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
- Front Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the desired hemline.
- Hem: Measure from one side to another, but it is vital to take this measurement from above the elastic area (If sweatshirt have any).
- Sleeve cuff: At the widest point of the wrist, measure its circumference. Leave enough room for watches or jewelry worn often. Take this measurement from above the elastic area same as Hem length measurement

Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest.

Measure around your waist at the narrowest point.

Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Measure a similar style of well-fitting pants from the crotch/rise seam along the inside leg to the hem.

Using a measuring tape, measure the width of your shoulders from the back of your body (from shoulder blade to shoulder blade).

Hips - Measure the circumference of your hips. Starting at one hip, measure over the longest part of your buttocks, all the way around to where you started.
Waist - This is the soft area directly above your hipbone, but below your rib cage. Start measuring from your belly button, bringing it the whole way around your body.
Length - This is the total length of the xxx, starting at the waistband, to where the bottom fits around the ankle.
