Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS from our studio in Massachusetts.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. shipping on orders of $250 or more. Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Piper&Cloth is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email support@piperandcloth.info within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
