A Note from the Founder

Thank you for being here.

If you’ve found your way to Piper&Cloth, I hope you’ll stay for a while.

Every collection begins with childhood. Not trends. Not seasons. Just childhood.

The quiet rhythm of growing up. The comfort of familiar rituals. The sound of children laughing from another room. Tiny hands reaching for yours. Slow mornings that don’t need to be hurried. Traditions woven into everyday life. Clothes softened by years of washing and wearing.

These are the ordinary moments we rarely notice while we’re living them, yet somehow become the memories we carry with us.

The clothes children wear become part of those memories.

Years from now, they’ll look back at birthday celebrations, family vacations, ordinary afternoons, and the people they loved. If they’re lucky, they may even remember exactly what they were wearing.

That’s why I choose natural fibers that are gentle against a child’s skin and made to withstand childhood. I design timeless silhouettes that allow children to run, climb, explore, imagine, and simply be children.

I don’t want these clothes to simply be worn.

I hope they become part of someone’s story, passed down, tucked away in memory boxes, and remembered long after they’ve been outgrown.

    Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS from our studio in Massachusetts.

    We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. shipping on orders of $250 or more. Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

    Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days.

    Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

    Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Piper&Cloth is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

    If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email support@piperandcloth.info within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn and unused
    • In their original condition
    • With all original tags attached
    • Returned in their original packaging

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected.
