Shipping Policy

Orders are thoughtfully prepared and shipped from Massachusetts within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any applicable duties and taxes will be displayed during checkout when available.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

While we take great care in preparing every order, Piper&Cloth is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you in working with the carrier.
