Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@piperandcloth.info. If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Errors
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To ensure the quickest turnaround, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the desired piece once your return has been approved.
Return Process
Place the item and packing slip back into the original packaging and shipping box. Ensure all products are returned in their original condition and remove or fully cover the previous shipping label.
Once your return label is issued, you have five business days to drop the package off at the post office. All returns must include valid tracking, as we cannot reimburse lost packages without confirmed delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please note:
• Only the original purchase price of returned items will be refunded
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Gift Cards & Discount Codes
• Orders purchased using a discount code or gift card will receive a new code for the returned amount
• Any additional payment beyond the code value will be refunded to the original payment method
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Order Changes
If an error was made at checkout and your order has already shipped (and is not final sale), please contact us upon delivery to initiate a return. We are here to ensure a thoughtful and seamless experience with Piper&Cloth.
