Refund policy
Returns
We hope every Piper&Cloth piece becomes a cherished part of childhood.
If, for any reason, your purchase isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please email support@piperandcloth.info before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Because many Piper&Cloth pieces are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
If you’d like a different size, we recommend placing a new order while your preferred size is still available and returning your original item for a refund once approved.
Return Shipping
Unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Piper&Cloth cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift Cards & Discount Codes
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If your purchase was made using a discount code, your refund will reflect the amount actually paid for the returned item.
Order Changes
We begin preparing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
