Stockists and wholesale inquiries: Before inquiring about a Piper&Cloth wholesale account, please review our wholesale policies:

- Store Requirements: A physical store with a valid Business License Number and Tax ID is required.

- Minimum Orders: The minimum opening order is $250, with a re-order minimum of $150.

- Payment Terms: All payments must be made in advance via credit card, PayPal, or check. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery).

- Sample Requests: Free samples are not provided. You may purchase samples at MSRP with no minimum order required. The cost of samples will be credited back to you upon placing a wholesale order. Please include your sample order number with your wholesale order.

-Shipping Terms: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Massachusetts. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified. Exact shipping costs are determined once the order is packed and weighed. We can provide an estimate upon request, though these estimates are subject to final billing and are not guaranteed.

- Shipping Insurance: All packages are insured for their full value unless the customer requests otherwise. Insurance is included in the shipping costs.

- Damages, Packing Errors, and Returns: Please contact Piper&Cloth within 2 days of receipt for any issues. All sales are final.

- Drop Shipping: Drop shipping services are not available at this time.

- Online Sales: Piper&Cloth products may not be sold online or through any internet channels without prior approval. Sales through Amazon, eBay, or discount/flash sale sites are strictly prohibited.

- Account Termination:Wholesale accounts will be terminated immediately if these policies are violated.
