   - Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return:
   - Email us at  support@piperandcloth.info within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
   - We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Return Shipping:
   -Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email, and send all items back to us using the label provided. 

4. Processing Your Return:
   - Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria.
   - If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges:
   - We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
